Dress Armor (ドレスアーマー) was an item from YGGDRASIL.
Description[]
This item was given to Mare Bello Fiore by Bukubukuchagama as an attire change and was never supposed to be used seriously.
When performing a kill steal at the Elven Royal Castle, Mare equipped himself in this outfit as it was his spare equipment.[1]
Appearance[]
A item that showed a lot of skin and a user's navel.
Abilities[]
Despite looking to provide minimal defense, especially at the navel, the item protected its user. Its defensive ability was enhanced by data crystals embedded within that increased defense in return for sealing away an equipment slot. With this item, it was Mare's head slot being the one sealed, so he couldn't cover his face behind a helmet. In actual terms, it could be said to be protected by a layer of magic. Though it was not something to be used as tank equipment.
This proven by the failed attempts of Antilene Heran Fouche, who despite using Charon's Guidance to attack Mare while he wore the armor.
Trivia[]
- In some respects its similar to the Bikini Armor.
- None of the natives of the New World could hope to even scratch Mare's abdomen when he wore the armor as even if they hit with all their strength he would be unharmed.
- Still, in YGGDRASIL mechanics, such exposed surfaces were more likely to trigger critical hits.
