Dominic Ihre Partouche (ドミニク・イーレ・パルトゥーシュ) is the Cardinal of Wind and a member of the highest authority of the Slane Theocracy.

Dominic looked like a kindly old man.

His wrath was like a wildfire while his murderous intent was like chilling frost.
Background[]
Dominic was originally a member of the Sunlight Scripture, and had exterminated many heteromorphic beings during his time as a holy warrior.

The Ruler of Conspiracy Arc[]

After cleaning the sacred room and offering thanks to the Six Great Gods, the council sat together on the round table for a meeting organized by Raymond Zarg Lauransan to share the latest details about the war that Ainz Ooal Gown participated.[1]
The Half Elf God-kin Arc[]

At the time of the invasion of the Re-Estize Kingdom by the Sorcerer Kingdom, Dominic was in a meeting with the Cardinals and other members of the higher echelons of the Theocracy. When a few of the Cardinals brought up the idea to extract Brain Unglaus from the nation by force if necessary, Cardinal Berenice Nagua Santini believed that Unglaus would refuse to flee due to his character and if they did so, it would only anger the warrior.
The Head of Legislature commented that Unglaus was the same as the Warrior Captain and ultimately they the executives of the Theocracy were unable to understand such people that didn't look at the bigger picture and instead followed their irrational emotions. Thought his words earned him some glaring looks, he apologized s it was just his opinion and believed that retrieving someone with such a disregard of life would be a bad idea, something which Dominic agreed, as did Cardinal Zinedine Delan Guelfi who decided to drop the matter of extracting Unglaus.[2]
Abilities and Powers[]
Due to the requirement that all Sunlight Scripture members have the ability to use 3rd tier spells, it safe to assume he too can use magic spells of the same rank.
Trivia[]
- Despite being the Cardinal of Wind, strangely he was part of the Sunlight Scripture, which is aligned with the element of light.
