Diet Training Cast (ダイエッター養成ギプス) is an item from YGGDRASIL.
Description[]
A piece of equipment that was designed by Nazarick's Diplomat Assistant and created by the Chief Blacksmith. Its creation was conceived after Albedo came to the homunculus for a method to lose weight. The suggestion of using a weighted cast was advised and later expanded to the idea of producing a line of cast products for commercial use outside of the dungeon. Several prototypes were made by the blacksmith, but after some experimenting it was determined that it was infeasible for humans to use due to their limits in the race's strength.[1]
Appearance[]
No visual is given on the cast, though it was described as being made of metal. According to Momonga Albedo's cast may have been a torso type one and.
Abilities[]
Normally a cast is usually a therapeutic device used to heal a broken part of the body. Though this type of cast was created as training equipment to promote growth of the body by hindering movement of the wear's body as it contained added weight. Depending on the design of the cast and its strength, it could be used for training for different parts of the body.
