Di Guols Empire was a nation that once existed in the Dolor Desert.
Background
It was said that a naturally-spawn tornado appearing every thirty years in the desert originated from a failed magical ritual performed poorly by the great empire.

Legacy
The empire seems to have collapsed sometime in the past. The only legacy left is a mysterious tornado that appeared once every thirty years. Many rumors of the origin of this tornado have been made. That it was a failed ritual, the result of the Scepter of the Sands, etc.
