Crescent Lake is a lake of some sort that lies in the Great Forest of Evasha.
Background
Crescent Lake was identified as the Elven Capital by the Slane Theocracy. In that regard, it is safe to assume that this lake is under the Elf Country's rule.

The lake was briefly mentioned during the conversation between the Prime Minister of the Dragon Kingdom and queen Draudillon about the Beastmen invasion. The queen mentioned that if the Theocracy doesn´t give them help then they should seek the Empire's help, since if their kingdom falls the Baharuth Empire will be the next target of the Beastmen.
