Count Lytton (リットン伯) is one of the Six Great Nobles of Re-Estize Kingdom. He is part of the Nobility Faction due to them providing him protection from his political enemies.
Appearance[]
Count Lytton is the youngest person among the Six Great Nobles. He is like an image of a fox, and also one of the lower ranked members of the Six Great Nobles. As such, he was desperately trying to raise his status.
Personality[]
Count Lytton doesn't care about the suffering of others if it meant that he could expand his power and he was not well received by other nobles.
Background[]
Throughout his career as a noble, Count Lytton made many political enemies. Because of this, he became part of the Nobility Faction to gain their protection.

Mass for the Dead Arc[]

Count Lytton supported Crown Prince Barbro Andrean Ield Ryle Vaiself's plan to retake the city of E-Rantel from the Sorcerer Kingdom and helped him amass an army. In spite that it would cause a political schism in the Kingdom, the noble chose to go through with the plan as it would mean more power to his family. On the outskirts of city, the count watched as King Ramposa III rode from the city to the prince in an effort to have his army stand down. In the argument between father an son, blood was spilled between them.[2]
To the noble’s and the watching soldiers the crown Prince had vanished in a bloody mess just as he was about to give the order to attack the defenders of E-Rantel. Soon the same entity that attacked Barbro took King Ramposa III, leaving the two armies leaderless. More and more soldiers began to be disappearing in the ranks, leaving only blood. Lytton trying access what happen was alerted by his men that the unseen entity was attacking from the air. The noble desperately ordered the archers to shoot it down, but it was futile and was killed.[3]

Count Lytton is one of the most influential noble in the Kingdom and he is also an authority figure among the Six Great Nobles.

Marquis Boullope[]
Count Lytton was indebted to Marquis Boullope and became part of his Nobility Faction in search for refuge.
Trivia[]
- In the Anime, Count Lytton claimed that the Royal Army could defeat the Imperial Army at the Katze Plains due to their numeral advantage and added they could use the opportunity to invade the Empire itself.
