Clearwater Scripture (水明聖典) is one of the Six Scriptures of the Slane Theocracy.

One of the Six Scriptures of the Slane Theocracy that specializes in foreign infiltration and intelligence gathering. They follow the teachings of the Water God.

The Ruler of Conspiracy Arc[]

During a meeting of the highest authorities of the Theocracy, the Cardinals suggested in sending the Clearwater Scripture to E-Rantel to confirm the rumors of the Sorcerer Kingdom.[1]
The Witch of the Falling Kingdom Arc[]

By the time of the Fall of the Re-Estize Kingdom, numerous spies and informants of the Slane Theocracy has already infiltrated the Sorcerer Kingdom. This in turn, hinted that either members of the Clearwater Scripture or members of the Windflower Scripture was successfully sent to gather information for the Theocracy.
Although believed to be unaware by the spies and their superiors, its been confirmed by the higher ups of the Sorcerer Kingdom that they are fully aware of the agent's presence within their territory and have instead chosen to leave them alone and instead wait and see what they would do before taking any action against them.

During an emergency meeting of the Theocracy's Cardinals, it was mentioned that they had lost contact with the Clearwater Scripture. This implies that the Sorcerer Kingdom's higher ups decided to remove the Clearwater Scripture members from their territory after the successful annexation of the Kingdom.[2]
