Broadsword (ブロードソード) was a weapon from YGGDRASIL.
Description[]
Broadswords were used by some members of Death Spreading Brigade when they attacked Sebas Tian and Solution Epsilon's carriage leaving from E-Rantel. [6][7]
They were also found in the Treasury of the Great Tomb of Nazarick.[8]
Broadswords were also available in the training grounds of Ro-Lente Castle.[9]
An item that was found on the Throne Floor of Fake Nazarick.[10]
Appearance[]
A broad bladed sword.
Abilities[]
A cutting weapon used by warriors. In some case magic could have be casted on them.[11]
Broadswords were noted to be smaller than a bastard sword.[12]
Trivia[]
- In the Web Novel, the members of the Warrior Troop were armed with broadswords.[13] Ainz exchanged one for his Death Knight's flamberge when he arranged it to duel with the Warrior Captain.[14]
- Entoma Vasilissa Zeta's Blade Bug resembled a broadsword when in use.[15]
- In OVERLORD -ESCAPE FROM NAZARICK-, the game stats declare it to be Attack Area/Wide, Attack Speed/Fast.
