Bloom Havish was a patrol officer of Re-Estize and he is also an operative of the Eight Fingers.

Appearance

A plump man that was neatly attired, and wore well-tailored clothing. He had a weighty badge on his chest which reflected a coppery light. His sweaty red face was also packed with fat and had an oily sheen to it, probably from too many rich meals.

Personality

A corrupt individual, when Bloom smiled, there was no sign of humility as it concealed undertones of intimidation through the abuse of power.

Background

Bloom Havish is a government official of the Re-Estize Kingdom. Originally a commoner, he was simply picked as an official by his noble master.

Overlord First Half Arc

After Sebas Tian had rescued Tsuare, Bloom with his associate Succulent to "investigate" an alleged case of slave trafficking at Sebas Tian's manison. The two made demands for him and Solution Epsilon to pay a heavy fine and turn Tsuare over to their custody.

While at a brothel in capital, where he vented out his frustrations on women by beating them to a pulp, he was found by Sebas Tian when he and Climb raided the place. Seeing the man on the girl, Sebas Tian proceeded to be the fat man to death.
