Bestial Monster (獣型のモンスタ) is the tentative name of a creature in the New World.
Appearance[]
In the Light Novel it was vaguely described as a creature with claws, with a howl slightly different from those of a wild beast.
In the Manga the beast was depicted a horned feline-sabretooth creature, with spotted fur, sharp dark claws, and a long spike tail.
Abilities[]
The creature's claws appear to be very sharp, capable of drawing out blood. In the Manga they are depicted in cutting through the armor of an adventurer.
Trivia[]
- This beast was found as one of the creatures adventurers fought against in the Grand Arena. One was in an exhibition match prior to the Imperial Colosseum Incident.[1]
- Based on the creature's appearance it looks similar to a manticore, though it is unconfirmed.
- In the Anime adaption, Overlord IV Episode 03, the creature was omitted and instead a scene of two fighters was used instead.
