Baziwood Peshmel (バジウッド・ペシュメル) is the acting leader of the Four Imperial Knights of the Baharuth Empire.

Appearance[]

Baziwood is described as having a bearded face of a wild man.

Personality[]

Baziwood was like the Strongest Warrior of the Kingdom, Gazef Stronoff, in that he was born a commoner. Thus he was taught and corrected, but the status of his birth was occasionally evident in his speech. While his speech held no eloquence, Baziwood was not a fool. As the only commoner of the Four Knights, being their commander was not for show.[1]

Background[]

It was said that Baziwood had once been contacted by many nobles. Some of them even tried to give their daughters to him. If he accepted all of them, he said he would have over fifty wives of varying ages.

Chronology[]

Overlord First Half Arc[]

Baziwood was part of the imperial delegation to the Great Tomb of Nazarick. There he witnessed the Death Knights under Ainz Ooal Gown's command. Seeing the undead, Baziwood suggested to Jircniv Rune Farlord El-Nix to take Yuri Alpha as a hostage. However the idea was shot down as it was suspected that the maid was stronger.[2]

After the meeting with Ainz Ooal Gown, he was among three people that sat in counsel with Emperor Jircniv after the former granted the magic caster the title of Archduke.[3]

Overlord Second Half Arc[]

After the Archduke's unexpected and overwhelming victory at the Katze Plains, Jircniv asked Baziwood and his fellow knights on how they should deal with this situation. It was feared that other nobles would soon gather around the new noble. Though Baziwood pointed out if it was possible for Ainz to have children.[4]

Abilities and Powers[]

Baziwood is regarded as the strongest of the Four Imperial Knights and one of the strongest warriors of the Empire. He has a mithril full body armor that was lightened, and adamantite weapons.[5] He also possesses the standard equipment of the Four Imperial Knights.

Jircniv Rune Farlord El-Nix[]

Baziwood is Jircniv's loyal bodyguard and servant.

Ainz Ooal Gown[]

From his impression of Ainz, he thought he was an extremely wise person.[6]

  • Baziwood earned the name Lightning Bolt comes from his weapon.
