Bath Towel (バスタオル) is an item from Mass for the Dead.

Description

An item that was formerly owned by Peroroncino who collected multiple copies of it. After he left YGGDRASIL, collection was inherited by his creation, Shalltear Bloodfallen. During the Fourth Competition of the Miyoshi Cup, Shalltear took this item from storage as the venue was in a public bath. She also gave a spare one to Albedo to use as well.

Appearance

A pale white fabric towel.

Abilities

While it seems that the defense power for this equipment is low because it is a single piece of cloth and leaves the body exposed, it is very misleading. In truth, it boasts an absolute defense function in its seam, preventing attacks from various angles. There is also a wet see-through function and it can minimize damage by absorbing water-based attacks. In addition to that, there is a mysterious light function that automatically protects the skin in the unlikely event that the towel falls due to violent movement during battle. By using such a number of functions, it was described to be an iron wall in and of itself.

Also, what's even more interesting about this equipment is that it's made specifically for combat in the bathroom. In addition to enhancing the efficacy of hot water absorbed through a bath towel, it is even possible to spout the source from a designated place by magic. It's regarded as a rare piece of equipment that is perfect for both offense and defense.

• A Chaos Relic featuring Blue Roses taking a bath, wearing bath towels was released as a reward for the event Miyoshi-kun Cup / Mixed Bathing Washing Party.
• At Casino Resort Nazarick, Albedo crafted a hand-made Momonga towel as one of the prizes, which was selected by Shalltear.
• To make Momonga appear more kingly, for his public appearance among the humans, Pandora's Actor provided it to Momonga to wear. He believed that despite the meager cloth it would show off his creator's full beauty.
