Balen (ベラン) was the teacher of Princess Keno Fasris Invern.
Appearance
Given that 90% of the nation was inhabited by Rainbow Eyes it most probably Balen possessed rainbow colored eyes.

Balen appears to serve as a teacher under the royal family of the Kingdom of Inveria.
