Baby With You (貴方様との赤ちゃん) by Okano Kuko (岡野く仔) is the eleventh chapter of the Overlord Official Comic A La Carte series.
Summary[]
Albedo is preparing for a possible future child. Aura Bella Fiora exclaims that the dresses and clothes she makes are well made. Albedo worries that perhaps she is making too much (behind her a pile of clothes can be seen). She wonders what she should do if the child is a boy, but then decides that the boy can wear girl clothes. She uses Mare Bello Fiore as an example, his creator seeing fit to equip him with girl clothing. Though Mare wonders if it could be just his own fetish. Shalltear Bloodfallen then asks Aura about her preference to wear male clothes. Albedo asks how is it different, she doesn't wear women's clothes but Shalltear defends herself stating she is not a child and can still grow. The girls admire the dresses made by Albedo and even want some for their own. Albedo refuses to give them as they are reserved for a future child and tells them to make their own. Aura and Shalltear decide to do so. Both Shalltear and Albedo fantasize on the gender of the child of Ainz. Aura comments the girl usually resembles the father. The three imagine a female Overlord and sigh in awe. Ainz watching from a distance finds the mental image disgusting.
