Armored Mages is a job class that hailed originally from YGGDRASIL.

In contrast to arcane magic casters, Armored Mage is the kind of class with the capability of allowing magic casters to use armors as its name suggests.[1]

Normally, armors are known to prevent or limit the caster from fully using magic. Even armors created by magic would not allow its wearer to cast spells while wearing it.

However, according to Ainz, there exists a certain mage class (presumably Armored Mage) which allowed for the casting of tier spells while equipped with armor.[2]
