Alchemical Silver (錬金術銀) is a special liniment crafted by alchemists.
Description[]
A special substance that is used to coat blades or weapons, giving it properties of silver weapons, to primarily fight monsters with a weakness to silver properties such as vampires. Silver wrought weapons are expensive and wear out much faster than weapons made of iron. This is why most adventurers choose to buy the alchemical silver instead as the cheaper alternative.[1][2]

It resembles a silver liquid.
Abilities[]
When alchemical silver is coated on weapons, it forms a magical film around the blade that gives it an effect similar to silver.
Trivia[]
- Alchemical silver is not unique to the New World but was also found in YGGDRASIL, as Shalltear Bloodfallen recognized its scent.
