The 3rd Seat of the Black Scripture is a member of the Black Scripture of the Slane Theocracy.

Appearance

He is shown to be a middle age man. He has what appears to be a mark or tattoo symbol on his left palm.

He is dressed in extravagant set of robes similar to those worn by magic casters.

Background

In the past the 3rd Seat was a member of the Holocaust Scripture, though after reaching the realm of heroes he was transferred to the Black Scripture.

He and the Black Scripture encountered a powerful vampire while on a mission, and tried to capture it but failed. Two of its members got killed while Kaire received a critical injury. The Captain of the Black Scripture ordered him and the other members to retreat and leave it alone.
