Have you guys imagined the possibility that one of the supreme beings (excluding ainz) might return and what would happen if they actually do? And what if the supreme being was "touch me"?

On multiple occasions. Given that Ainz came to the New World during the last second Yggdrasil was live; the odds of one of them appearing suddenly in the story as it is now is very unlikely.
Much more likely though is the idea that other members of the Guild have been to the New World during it's long history. With the exception of Ulbert, Bellriver, Herohero, and maybe 4 other unnamed members; anyone member of the Guild might have entered the new world.[This is under the idea that anyone who enters the New World never left, and because these 7 have known whereabouts during the last moments of Yggdrasil they're clear (unless of course someone logged into the meeting room and left with no one in Nazarick noticing)]
To find out we look to the stories of the great being that have emerged in the New World's history. Though looking their, we don't get much. While it could be possible that members of the Six Great Gods or The Eight Greed Kings, the only two groups that potential had max level players in their roster; there is no easy connection between their numbers and members of Ainz Ooal Gown. (Touch Me could be a Light God, and Pero could be a Fire God, but those are stretches) It is also more likely that these groups were already guilds or clans of the own, and given that members of Ainz Ooal Gown had a bad reputation, it is unlikely that a stray member of Ainz Ooal Gown would be welcome in their numbers.
If the members of Ainz Ooal Gown did come into this world and set out on their own, I can only see four or so circumstances were that's possible.
1) The Demon Gods: With the only two players in the Thirteen Heroes of Legend, it is unlikely for either to be members of Ainz Ooal Gown. Their is a chance that the Demon Gods might have a member. Though to match the power level needed, it would have to be a non-max level member or one of the crafting members.
2) Ijaniya, Izaniya, and Nishiki Enrai: Little is known about the group of Ninja's that is Ijaniya or how even such under leveled people can use the level 70 minimum that Ninja Skills need. What we do know is that they are led by a descendent of Izaniya of the Thirteen Heroes, they are also named after her. Although we don't know how Izaniya knew her Ninja Skills. Most common, and likely answer would be that she was a player and founded the group, leaving it to her daughters and dying latter. Another, yet out there, theory has Nishiki Enrai founding Ijaniya years before and training Izaniya. If Nishiki Enrai kept to total secrecy, than the existence of Ijaniya and himself would be unknown to the rest of the world until Izaniya put them on the map by fighting the Demon Gods.
3) Akemi and the Elves: Although not a member herself, Yamaiko's younger sister Akemi was allowed to enter Nazarick and was well received. While it is never stated, there is a chance that Mare and Aura have heterochromia because Bukubukuchagam liked the way it looked on Akemi's character. If Akemi did come to the new world many years ago, she could have started the Elven Royal Blood Line. Given the long lives of Elves, it would not be uncommon to hear the current Elven King is the Akemi's child or grandchild.
4) The Ninth Member: I wonder it that Chekov's Gun is loaded? Only one way to found out.*Points gun to head and pulls trigger*Oops looks like the bullet is pulling a Schrodinger on us, guess we'll just have to wait and see.
Any member of Ainz Ooal Gown appearing would be a massive moment that would greatly change how the future of the story would unfold.
But in any way the involvement of the ygdrassil world other than when ainz had come is certain and the players might be from the guild or may not be from the guild but as the novel suggests the demons god's might be ygdrassil players and most likely heteromorphic beings
Demon gods were npcs and maruyama said no more players. So you are literally wrong about everything you said.
Really ?
Yeah. Well at least none from the guild. He also hinted that none from anywhere else.
Can you enlighten me then ?
Like it's kinda embarrassing to get the facts wrong
